Step outside the glass doors onto the deck, some thirty feet from a man-made lagoon. Watch the ducks congregate and share with their family. Inside our villa, you will find a place decorated by people who love the ocean and living near it.

Meet Our Gaggle of Geese
Go out the sliding glass doors and you will not only see the two lagoons, but you will often find our friends, the gaggle of geese. They come to visit "Snickers," our dog and they are wonderful as they come right up near the deck. You will find turtles in the lagoon and you may even see an alligator. Just don't feed the alligators and turtles!

An Inviting Master Bedroom With Bath!
The master bedroom looks out over the lagoon and has a master bathroom with skylight. The villa is available from September through May each year for residents of Hilton Head who need a place to stay for several months and for "Snow Birds" who want to reside in a warm, wonderful climate.
